SNACKS
$13.00 per person
This buffet package is designed for parties where pizza is not the Star of the meal. It is perfect as an option when you have other food, caterers, snacks or as a second meal. We bring just enough to provide ½ pizza per person of the final guest count. The trailer and pizza buffet must be in the same location and guests are in a casual mood for food.

Unlimited pizza buffet for events where Wood Fired Pizza is the Star of the Show. Perfect for main meal or for extra hungry crowds.
OFFICE HERO
$25 per person
Our unlimited lunch packages include a large selection of wood fired pizza two salads and ice cold drinks
DINNER SERVICE

Our unlimited dinner packages include a large selection of wood fired pizza and up to three salads
LOCATION LOCATION
When serving at multiple locations and situations for the same event

Certain situations demand a different approach to our service. Location Location is perfect when we serve buffet at our trailer but also need to send boxes of pizza to other locations on the same location or when you don’t know exactly how many people to expect to feed. This is when we charge by the pizza.
This is our most common type of service for film shoots allowing us to service the majority of the cast/ crew a buffet while allowing them to take some boxes inside to their team members- supplying the craft table and sending some to basecamp and the office. We bring plates for the buffet and boxes.
THE EXCEPTION
Occasionally, based on the style of the event we are asked to serve smaller individual custom order pizzas. This requires additional staff and a longer serving time so pricing is higher and is quoted on an individual basis. For larger guest counts where everyone eats at once we may need 2 ovens, additional staff and a limited menu.

Why Buffet? There’s a few reasons we switched to this style of service years ago. Taking everyone’s individual order is time consuming and creates a bottleneck in our work flow. Our buffet service allows us to replenish a large selection of piping hot pizza very fast. We found that guests didn’t want to experiment with new flavour combinations if they would be committed to a whole pizza. In a social situation guests prefer to visit the buffet multiple times for hot pizza, trying new flavours with time to socialize, visit the bar or other food stations. The combination of large selection and fast service has been the cornerstone of our success.
